Show where you are in the setup
Include the player name, device model and the step you are following. Copy the exact text of any message you want help understanding. Hide passwords, playlist addresses and payment information in screenshots.
Continue an existing order
Reply in the original WhatsApp conversation where possible. Include the purchase date and reference, then say whether you want setup assistance, a new paid period or a refund. Keep related messages in that conversation so the details stay together.
