Pair your playlist with IBO Player Pro
IBO Player Pro links a playlist to the device shown on its opening screen. Keep that screen visible while you use the publisher’s playlist management page.
Identify the device and add the playlist
- Install IBO Player Pro on a supported device and open the application.
- Locate the device information on the app’s opening screen.
- Visit the official IBO Player Pro website and follow its instructions for managing the playlist for that device.
- Enter the subscription information from your order, save the playlist and reload it in the app.
Arrange the year included with Diamond
Your annual Diamond plan includes 1 year of IBO Player Pro. Mention this included benefit in the WhatsApp order conversation so we can arrange it for your device before you buy a separate player activation.
Keep track of a device change
If you replace the television or box, the player may show different device information. Let us know which device you want to use and keep your original order details to hand. Share any necessary setup information privately in the order conversation.
