Add your subscription to TiviMate
Use TiviMate on a supported device to load your subscription and organize your viewing. You will need the access information sent with your order, rather than a separate account from the player publisher.
Prepare the app and your order details
Use the installation links on TiviMate’s official website and check the supported devices. Once the app is installed, have your order message open on a separate screen if possible. Paid features sold by the player publisher are separate from your television plan.
Create the playlist entry
- Open the player’s option for adding a playlist.
- Choose the connection method corresponding to your supplied access.
- For account access, enter the server address, username and password. For a playlist link, paste the complete address.
- Check that every field matches the message, then continue and wait for the list to load.
Finish the first setup
Give the entry a recognizable name, such as iptvsubscriptionplus. Open a category to begin viewing, then organize favorites if you wish. Keep a private copy of the access message for a future device change.
Explain a setup question clearly
Tell us which device you are using and which step you have reached. Copy any on-screen message exactly. If a picture is useful, cover login details and playlist addresses before sharing it in your WhatsApp order conversation.
